How do you set it up?

To ask a question as a Page:

  1. Go to the Page you administer.
  2. From the top of your Page’s Wall, click “Question.”
  3. Enter your question in the “Ask Something” field. If you want to make your question a poll, click “Add Poll Options” below the open field.

Product/Service – Do they like a new product or service? Would they change or improve it?

To follow or respond to a question as a Page:

  1. Open your Account dropdown menu.
  2. Choose “Use Facebook as Page.”
  3. Go to the question. Actions you take (following or responding) will be done on behalf of your Page.
